Return Window

You may initiate a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a refund, all items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
  • In their original, undamaged manufacturer packaging.
  • Returned due to a product defect or a picking error on our part. (Returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect fitment are not accepted; please verify your vehicle specifications carefully before ordering.)

Free Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all authorized returns. There are no restocking fees of any kind.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@amsoillsale.vip with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and email you a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely, include a copy of the packing slip, and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship the package back using the label provided.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation at that time. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method. Refunds are always issued back to the card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
