Return Window
You may initiate a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a refund, all items must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
- In their original, undamaged manufacturer packaging.
- Returned due to a product defect or a picking error on our part. (Returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect fitment are not accepted; please verify your vehicle specifications carefully before ordering.)
Free Return Shipping
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all authorized returns. There are no restocking fees of any kind.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@amsoillsale.vip with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and email you a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack the item securely, include a copy of the packing slip, and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Ship the package back using the label provided.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation at that time. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method. Refunds are always issued back to the card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
